Tween Life Style Classes




  I have gathered experts in the fields of Diet/Exercise, Skin Care/Grooming, Hair care, Fashion, Confidence and Finance.
  We will be teaching a 6 week course covering these vital topics. To assure our young ladies enter their teen years with poise, grace,confidence and their own sense of style. Each class will focus on a skill that the girls will be able to implement in their daily lives.
  They will learn how to properly care for their skin and hair, what are the best food choices for their growing bodies, how to handle their-selves with grace and confidence, clothing knowledge and how to budget their money.
All classes are interactive and the girls will actually be practicing, making something and interacting  in class!

February 7th- Diet/ Exercise- Evelyn Lambrecht NSCA-CPT, HHC
  Come ready for make a healthy snack and learn a few exercises!
  Learn how to read food labels, and make healthy food choices
 Evelyne holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Her true passion has always been food and nutrition and she is a Health Coach trained in Holistic Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
She has also completed courses in Functional Diagnostic Nutrition, Functional Blood Chemistry, and Functional Endocrinology. She is the founder of Health Coach SD and uses a holistic approach to health and wellness to help women look and feel great.

April 10th - Hair -Blake Clowmizer, Oasis Salon
   how to care for your hair, tools, styling your hair,
   how to talk to your hair stylist, do your own hair in class!
Blake, a San Diego native, grew up in the salon industry. Licensed since 2007, she is education minded and committed to keeping her clients modern while still customizing every look. She loves to enhance the
beauty of every individual. Her training primarily comes from Toni&Guy and Vidal Sassoon technique.

May 8th-  Clothing- Jennifer Rosson, Style Your Life
    caring for your clothing, different types of clothing/fabrics, shopping,
    budgeting, ultimate dress-up photo opportunity!
Jennifer has been working in the fashion industry for 20 years.  She has been sewing since she was eight and has a degree in fashion. She loves working with Teens, Tweens and grown-ups teaching them how to look their best! She has a tween daugher and is the owner of Style Your Life  www.styleyourlifeblog.com

June 5th Finance- Rachel Afualo
  Budgeting, Credit Cards, Banking and Savings!
Rachel Afualo was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona.  In the 4th grade she joined the Phoenix Girls Chorus which started her down the path of loving and learning about music.  While she was young she enjoyed working as babysitter and at Duke Photography.  In high school she began working  for the city of Phoenix as a lifeguard, taught swim lessons, and coached synchronized swimming. This enabled her to pay for most of her college education.  She graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.S. degree in Biology and Secondary Education.  After becoming a stay at home mom she decided to combine her love of music and teaching and started her own business as a music teacher which she has been doing for 8 years.  She currently serves as the committee chair for a local cub scout pack.  She loves to read, exercise and travel.  She has done several triathlons and has traveled extensively throughout the United States, Europe and the South Pacific. She is actively involved with the education of her three children and enjoys experiencing life in San Diego with her husband and children.
 

Classes are limited to 20 girls.
Tween Style Classes
This course is targeted at 5th to 8th grade girls

Class fee is $125

Your check and registration form will hold your spot the course will fill up and it is first come first serve.
Parents will receive an news letter each month with a class outline.  You will then know what your daughter is learning and be able to discuss the classes with her!
Parents are welcome to stay and observe each class.
